Biography
Noah Simon was drawn into the world of recording studios while in pursuit of his Bachelors degree, initially working as a freelance session musician and string arranger. This newfound interest lead him to McGillUniversity, where he completed the undergraduate sound recording course; the Banff Centre, where he recorded concerts daily; and to NYU, where he completed his Masters degree in Music Technology. Noah was a staff engineer atShelterIsland Sound, head engineer at Jarvis Studio and has engineered for artists such as Eric Andersen, Susan Tedeschi, Shawn Colvin, Greta Gertler and a Grammy-winning album with Bill Frisell.
